Beth Wertman

Beth Wertman is a seasoned professional in the field of People Analytics, currently serving as a Senior People Analytics Analyst at Meijer since February 2021, focusing on developing Predictive Analytics for Human Resources. Prior to this role, Beth founded and led BNV Analytics, LLC as President from July 2017 to February 2021. Beth's extensive experience includes serving as an Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation from October 2009 to July 2017, and as a Project Manager and Senior Analyst at Altarum from January 2005 to October 2009. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Assistant and Grant Lead position at Western Michigan University and an Industrial Engineer Intern role at General Motors. Beth holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Western Michigan University.
