Avinoam Fachler

Avinoam Fachler is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Group at Meitar | Law Offices, specializing in corporate matters, commercial law, and securities law since February 2017. Previously, Avinoam served as a senior associate focusing on technology companies, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity funds. Avinoam's legal career began as an articled clerk at GKH Law Offices, where responsibilities included advising on international real estate investments. Avinoam holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Bar-Ilan University, completed between 2010 and 2014.
