Keren Dykman

Keren Dykman began their work experience in 1996 as an Industrial Engineer at Coca-Cola. Keren then took on various roles within the company, including Director of Organizational Development and VP of Human Resources, where they were responsible for recruitment, training, and HR activities. In 2014, they moved to Tadiran Group as VP of Human Resources, where they focused on internal communications, goal setting, and compensation processes. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Organizational Development at Electra. Currently, Keren holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Meitav.

Keren Dykman earned an MBA degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Bsc in Industrial Engineering from Ben Gurion University between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, Keren participated in two programs at Lahav Tel Aviv, completing 60 hours in Compensation and benefits, as well as 350 hours in Organizational advising. No specific start and end years were provided for the programs at Lahav Tel Aviv.
