Xiaoshi (Kenzie) Dai

Xiaoshi (Kenzie) Dai has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and marketing. Xiaoshi (Kenzie) started their career at Nanfang Media Group in 2014, where they managed social media operations and implemented successful content strategies. Xiaoshi (Kenzie) then joined Lanka Hotels & Resorts (Pvt) Ltd as a Marketing Executive in 2015, where they developed marketing strategies for the Chinese tourism market and established relationships with travel agents. In 2016, they joined YY Inc. as a UX Designer and Product Manager, where they guided products throughout the execution cycle and launched a successful app for user growth in emerging markets. In 2020, they worked on a master's capstone project sponsored and advised by Google. Xiaoshi (Kenzie) then joined Prismpop as a Product Designer in 2020, where they worked on various projects and was promoted to the role of Senior Product Designer in 2021. In 2021, they also worked at Microsoft as a Product Designer II. Currently, they are working at Meitu Inc. as a Senior Product Designer.

Xiaoshi (Kenzie) Dai holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Communication from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. They later pursued a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction and Design at the University of Washington. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction + Design from the same university.
