Matt Rance

Matt Rance is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation and product development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation & Development at Meiyume since June 2020, after previously holding the title of Vice President in the same area. Prior to that, Matt Rance held the position of Director of Product Development at DDD Group Limited from November 2016 to February 2020. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at United Cosmetics, Head of R&D and Technical Innovation Manager at The Body Shop, and Technical Account Manager at Meller Beauty. Matt Rance began a career as a Senior Researcher at Procter & Gamble, demonstrating a solid foundation in research and development. Matt Rance holds two HND degrees in Chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire, completed between 1993 and 1996.
