Ella Mustika

Ella Mustika has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ella is currently working as the Head of Growth Marketing at Mekari since 2021. Prior to this, Ella worked as the Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer at Arkana from 2018 to 2021, where they played a crucial role in building and growing the digital financial planning and investment platform. At Arkana, they were responsible for business strategy development, marketing, and product management.

Before joining Arkana, Ella served as the Head of Business Solution at Sribulancer in 2017 and as the Head of Account Management at Ydigital Asia from 2015 to 2016. Ella also held the position of Account Manager and Team Lead at Ydigital Asia from 2014 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Ella worked as a Senior Account Executive at GroupM in 2012 and had a tenure at Johnson & Johnson from 2009 to 2012, where they held the positions of Brand Executive and Management Trainee.

Ella Mustika obtained a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2009. In 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institute, completing it in 2015. Ella also holds certifications in Fundamentals of Search Marketing from Google, obtained in April 2016, and Hubspot Academy Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy, obtained in 2016.
