Carolina Noa has four years of professional experience. In 2021, they began working as a Project Manager for Melboss Music. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Strategic Communications for Bonus Track and a Digital Marketing Specialist for Fábrica de Arte Cubano (F.A.C). Additionally, they were a Relaciones públicas for D'gustando from 2017 to 2018.

Carolina Noa obtained their Bachelor in Social Communications from the University of Havana in 2018, after studying Social Communications from 2013 to 2018. Carolina then obtained their Master's degree in Marketing & Communication from IE School of Science and Technology in 2021.
