Amy Kuzdowicz

Amy Kuzdowicz has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Amy currently holds the position of SVP, Chief Accounting Officer at Melco Resorts & Entertainment. Previously, they served as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at NewAge, Inc. from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an SVP Finance & Chief Accounting Officer at JACK Entertainment from 2015 to 2020. Amy also served as the CFO at Rock Ohio Caesars, LLC from 2013 to 2015, and as the VP, Corporate Controller at Panera Bread from 2007 to 2011. Amy held various positions at Reuters America, including the role of VP Americas Business Services, from 2005 to 2007. Amy started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and worked there from 1992 to 1997. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as technical accounting, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting.

Amy Kuzdowicz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/ Accounting from Colorado State University. Amy also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio, Missouri, and Colorado. Additionally, they are a Real Estate Sales Associate in Missouri.
