Lennon Jesus

Lennon Jesus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lennon has worked as a Co-founder and CTO at multiple startups, where they were involved in building value propositions, business models, and product roadmaps. Lennon has experience in product management, marketing, customer support, and development across backend, frontend, and mobile platforms. Lennon also has experience in the public sector, where they worked as a Coordenador de desenvolvimento de produtos and Product Lead at the Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (MPRJ). Additionally, they have worked as a Software Architect and Senior Java Developer at Petrobras, where they were responsible for developing major corporate systems and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Overall, Lennon has a strong background in product management, development, and leadership roles.

Lennon Jesus completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at Estácio University from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they attended Caelum for additional studies. From 2019 to 2023, Lennon pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Administration, Business, and Marketing at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. In 2019, they also attended Escola PM3 for a degree in Product Management. Lennon has obtained various certifications in areas such as digital accessibility in UX, product management, artificial intelligence, Kanban, entrepreneurship, blockchain, data science, digital experience, business model innovation, HR management, emotional intelligence, customer experience, micro storytelling, and product mastery.
