Victor Zafer Donmez has a wealth of experience in the hotel industry. Victor Zafer started their career in 2000 as the Director of Operations Cuba for Golden Tulip International / NH Hotel Group. Victor Zafer then took on roles as the Director Regional NH Hoteles Sudamerica for NH Hoteles and later became the Managing Director Americas NH Hotel Group. In 2015, they joined Booking.com as the Regional Director Hotels Latin America & Business Development Cuba. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Senior Director of Operations The Americas at Meliá Hotels International.
