Food Scientist at MeliBio

Katie U. is an accomplished food scientist currently serving as the Head of Product at MeliBio since July 2022, where leadership involves the development and commercialization of plant-based honey products. Previous experience includes managing the scale-up process and conducting research and development at MeliBio, as well as obtaining a PhD in Food Science from the University of California, Davis, with a focus on the blue elderberry.
