Erica Kalmar

Erica Kalmar began their most recent role as Human Resources Director at Melillo Consulting in February 2020, and they are currently working in this position. Prior to that, they worked at Catholic Charities for over 15 years, starting in November 2004 as a Benefits Manager and continuing in that role until February 2020.

Erica Kalmar has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Kean University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in June 2022, and completed courses like "Building a Talent Pipeline from New Recruits to Leadership" and "Hiring an Employee for Managers" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
