Head Of Customer Experience at Convene

Jannicke Lind has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they have served as the Head of Customer Experience at Convene since 2022. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they held the role of Head of Customer Success & Customer Experience at Dagens Næringsliv, where they were responsible for establishing the Customer Success area and implementing strategies to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

From 2016 to 2019, Jannicke worked as the Nordic Customer Lifecycle Manager at Canal Digital AS, where they developed commercial strategies and marketing plans to drive revenue growth. Jannicke also played a key role in establishing a common Nordic onboarding process.

Before that, they served as a Retention Manager at Telio, focusing on maximizing customer revenue and loyalty through marketing and CRM activities. Jannicke also worked at Cappelen Damm as the Markedssjef Abonnement, responsible for driving sales and marketing for a portfolio of book series.

In the earlier years of their career, Jannicke worked as a Markedsassistent at Silhouette International and as a Project Manager at September Reklamebyrå and European Loyalty Systems AB.

Throughout their career, Jannicke has consistently demonstrated their skills in customer experience, customer success, marketing, and project management.

Jannicke Lind completed their Bachelor's degree in Diploma Marketing from NMH-Norges Markedshøyskole at the BI Norwegian Business School from 1997 to 2000. Later, they pursued the Executive Master of Management program in HR and Management at the same school from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in areas such as design thinking, project management, online marketing, content marketing, and marketing foundations between 2018 and 2021.
