Steffen Voss

Steffen Voss has extensive experience in finance and controlling roles. Steffen began their career at Siemens AS in 2007 as a Controller and later moved on to Siemens AB, where they served as a Performance Controller. In 2010, Voss joined Orkla Brands as a Business Controller before returning to Siemens AS in 2012. At Siemens AS, they held various roles, including Head of Controlling at Process Industries and Drives and Business Development at Digital Factory and Process Industries and Drives. Voss then joined Convene in 2019, where they initially served as Group Business Controller before becoming the Chief Financial Officer. In this position, they focused on strengthening financial routines and processes and successfully concluded a challenging refinancing process.

Steffen Voss attended the University of Mannheim from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. In 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in International Finance at Escuela De Alta Dirección Y Administración in Barcelona, Spain.
