Erik Kadon

Erik Kadon has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Erik currently holds the position of Director of Electrical Operations at Melink Solar, where they manage a self-performing construction team and oversees multiple projects. Prior to this, they had their own company called KES Electrical, where they focused on commercial electrical projects, including solar electric projects. Erik also worked as a Development Partner at TriVestors and a Member at A & A Kadon Holdings, LLC. Furthermore, they have experience in the non-profit sector, serving as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Thank You Foundation. Before establishing their own company, Erik gained valuable experience in the Energy Management field as a Service Technician at E.D.I. Inc. and as an Electrician at Nu Tone Inc. Their career began in the US Navy, where they served as an Electricians Mate Second Class and was responsible for the maintenance and operation of various electrical systems on board a ship.
