Richard Carlo

Richard Carlo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technical support teams and handling technology operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior IT Systems Specialist at Melinta Therapeutics, Richard oversees a large team that supports the entire employee user base and ensures timely infrastructure updates and security patches. Previously, as Technical Operations Manager at GSK, Richard managed technology for North American labs and developed digital assets, including custom Augmented and Virtual Reality environments. Richard also served as IT Director at RSD, where responsibilities included support for over 1500 customers, and held positions at Treasure Island as MIS Manager, Gestetner as Account Manager, and Sony as Service Technician.
