Arantxa del Rio

Arantxa del Rio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development within various international contexts. Currently serving as People and Culture Partner for Europe and the Americas at the Meliore Foundation, Arantxa previously held the same role at the European Climate Foundation, focusing on frameworks for talent management. At International Medical Corps, Arantxa established the HR department in Venezuela and was actively involved in emergency response efforts in Haiti and Ukraine. Earlier roles included Regional HR Coordinator at People in Need, Procurement and Contracts Specialist at eDreams ODIGEO, and Finance and Procurement Trainee at eu-LISA. Arantxa holds multiple law degrees and specialized training in immigration law and conflict resolution from prestigious institutions.
