Jeffrey Butler has a diverse work experience in product design, development, and innovation. Jeffrey currently serves as the Product Design Innovation Director at Melissa & Doug, LLC since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Real Estate Investor at Project Home Help in 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Product Development at Jetson Electric. Before that, they worked as the Director of Product Development at Brand Buzz Consumer Products (BBCP) from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they served as the Category Development Manager and Lead Industrial Designer at Casabella from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they founded and worked as a journalist at Motoriginal from 2009 to 2016. Jeffrey also founded Jeffrey Butler Design & Development in 2007, offering various design services and working with clients such as Skip Hop and Colgate Palmolive. Jeffrey also worked as an Industrial Design Lead at StoreBound from 2010 to 2013 and as an Industrial Design Manager at IDI (Innovations & Development Inc) from 2008 to 2010. Jeffrey started their career as an Industrial Designer at Lifetime Brands from 2006 to 2008.

Jeffrey Butler attended the Rhode Island School of Design from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design. In 2004-2005, they also took a Product Design & Development Course at MIT Sloan School of Management, focusing on Industrial and Product Design. In 2016, Butler participated in the Grant Cardone Sales Training University, specializing in Sales Management.
