Rachel Belter

Rachel Belter is a Senior Product Engineer at Melissa & Doug since November 2020, focusing on value engineering to enhance product competitiveness through design and manufacturing improvements. Previously, Rachel served as a Design Engineer at Fiskars from May 2016 to April 2020, managing multiple development projects, creating 3D CAD models, and collaborating with Asian suppliers. At Fisher-Price, from 2009 to 2016, Rachel held various engineering roles, contributing to product development, cost estimation, and implementing engineering solutions. Rachel's early experience includes internships at Whirlpool Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and Hexcel Corporation. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
