Allison Day has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Allison started their career at CIEE in 2013 as an ESL Teacher at St. Joseph Upatham Catholic School. In 2014, they transitioned to NTK Technologies, Inc. where they worked as a Logistics Coordinator until 2017. Since then, Allison has been working at Melita Group in various HR roles. Allison started as an HR Client Support Specialist in 2017, then advanced to the position of People Operations Coordinator from April 2019 to March 2020. Currently, they hold the role of People Operations Manager, starting in March 2020.

Allison Day attended Leigh High School from 2006 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued further education at Sonoma State University from 2009 to 2013. At Sonoma State, Allison received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
