Estefânia Oliveira's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Estefânia started their career in 2012 as an apprentice at IPSEM- Instituto de Pesquisas e Serviços Médicos, where they worked as an Auxiliary Pharmacist. Estefânia continued their apprenticeship with the company in 2013.

In 2015, Estefânia joined Orgafarma as an Apprentice and later took on the role of Administrative Assistant. Estefânia further advanced their career within the company, becoming a Commercial Assistant. In this position, they were responsible for sales order tracking, supporting the development of commercial proposals, customer and representative assistance, cost analysis, price negotiation, and providing support to the sales team. Estefânia also gained proficiency in Excel, WMS systems, and logistics knowledge.

Estefânia joined the Friendship Ambassadors Foundation, Inc. in 2019 as a Brazilian Delegate for the Youth Assembly. Estefânia participated in the event aimed at bringing together young leaders and changemakers to discuss solutions for the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

In 2018, Estefânia had the opportunity to serve as a Campus Editor for LinkedIn. Estefânia was one of the 12 selected Brazilian university students to participate in the LinkedIn Campus Editor Brazil program. The program aimed to encourage social media publications and transform students into LinkedIn ambassadors on their campuses.

Most recently, Estefânia joined Méliuz in 2020, initially as a Customer Success employee and later transitioning to the role of Customer Success Leader.

Estefânia Oliveira has an education history that includes various academic and professional achievements. Estefânia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Production Engineering from the Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais, which they pursued from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued Engineering in Production at Centro Universitário UNA from 2014 to 2019.

In terms of their secondary education, Estefânia completed their high school education at Escola Estadual Bolivar Tinoco Mineiro from 2010 to 2013, earning a degree of Ensino Médio Completo.

In addition to their formal education, Estefânia has also obtained various certifications. In September 2018, they became an "Especialista em Marketing de Conteúdo Avançado" from Rock Content. In the same month, they also obtained a certification in "Outbound Marketing & Sales" from Outbound Marketing ®.

Furthermore, Estefânia received a certification in "Fluência Duolingo em Inglês: Intermediário" from Duolingo in September 2016. Estefânia achieved the 1st place in the project "Semana da Matemática" and was awarded by ISBET - Instituto Brasileiro Pró-Educação Trabalho e Desenvolvimento in January 2016.

Estefânia has also been recognized for their outstanding performance in learning and development. Estefânia received the distinction for "Destaque no desenvolvimento da aprendizagem prática na empresa IPSEM" from Fundação CDL Pró-Criança in May 2013. Additionally, they were acknowledged as an "Aprendiz Destaque - Módulo Ética e Cidadania" in April 2013 and "Aprendiz Destaque - Módulo Gestão de Pessoas" in November 2012, both by Fundação CDL Pró-Criança.

Lastly, Estefânia has indicated their fluency in Spanish through Duolingo, although specific information regarding the level of fluency and the date of attainment is not provided.
