Rachel Stoner

Rachel Stoner has a diverse work experience. Rachel is currently the Co-founder and Vice President of Client & Customer Experience at MelodyArc, a technology company focused on enabling modern customer experiences for online businesses. Prior to that, Rachel worked as the Director of Operations Strategy and later the Director of Patient Experience at SimpleHealth. Rachel also served as the Sr. Director of Support Operations at Jetblack, a members-only concierge shopping service. Rachel has a lengthy tenure at Amazon, where they held various roles including Senior Program Manager, Program Manager, Kaizen Promotion Officer, Team Manager, and Senior Customer Service Associate. Rachel began their career as a Bridal Consultant at Weddings 826. Overall, Rachel has a strong background in operations, customer experience, and program management.
