Janna Buchalter

Janna Buchalter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Janna currently holds the role of Director of Customer Experience at MelodyArc, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Experience Consultant at Hally from February 2021 to January 2023.

Between 2017 and 2020, Janna held positions at Jet black, including Director of Member Services from January 2019 to February 2020 and Senior Manager of Member Services from September 2017 to January 2019.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Olapic, Inc. from September 2015 to September 2017.

Janna's earlier experiences include roles at Rent The Runway as Manager of Customer Insights from February 2014 to September 2015 and Customer Insights Team Lead from March 2012 to February 2014. Janna also worked at Eileen Fisher as a Sales Assistant in Specialty Store Sales from August 2010 to February 2012.

Janna started their career with internships at Nicole Miller as a Sales and Marketing Intern from June 2009 to August 2009 and at Bill Blass New York as an Intern for the Vice President of Marketing and Merchandising from June 2008 to August 2009.

Janna Buchalter completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware between 2006 and 2010.
