Pablo Sanhueza

Pablo Sanhueza is a Chilean businessman who currently serves as the General Manager of Melon Shared Services at Melón. Prior to their current role, Pablo served as the Gerente de Administracion y Finanzas at Winpack S.A from September 2016 to February 2017. From September 2007 to February 2012, Pablo served as the Gerente de Contraloría for Holcim in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. In their role, they were responsible for the accounting, management control, taxes, reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and credit and collections for all companies in the group. From February 2012 to February 2016, Pablo served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Polpaico where they oversaw the areas of controllership, management control, finance, treasury, credit and collections, supplies, IT and logistics (120 people). Prior to their role as CFO, Pablo served as the Jefe de Reporting y control de gestión from January 1999 to December 2007 where they were responsible for financial reporting and management processes, budgeting and forecasting, business planning, and coordination of process optimization and cost projects. Pablo began their career with Grupo Polpaico in 1990 as the Jefe de Suministros para negocios de Concreto Premezclado y Agregados where they held this role until 1998.

Pablo Sanhueza is a senior management program graduate from IMD. Pablo also holds a degree in accounting and engineering from Universidad Diego Portales, as well as an MBA in business administration.
