Stasshani Jayawardena

Stasshani Jayawardena is a highly experienced executive currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at both DISTILLERIES COMPANY OF SRI LANKA PLC and Melstacorp PLC since September 2022. In addition, Stasshani holds the position of Executive Director at Lanka Milk Foods (CWE) PLC and has been with Stassen Group as a Director and Special Projects leader since January 2010. Stasshani founded and chairs Cuurate and holds the role of Chairman at Aitken Spence Hotel Managements (Pvt) Ltd. and has been an Executive Director at Aitken Spence Hotels since July 2014. With a solid foundation in tourism and leisure management, Stasshani also served as Director/Chairman at Splendor Media until March 2021 and was an EY NextGEN Ambassador for Sri Lanka from 2017 to 2019. Stasshani's educational background includes a General Management Certificate from Cambridge Judge Business School and various executive education programs at renowned institutions such as MIT Sloan and Columbia Business School.
