Vinil Vadi

Vinil Vadi is the CEO and Board Member at Meltag, a cloud-based platform purpose-built for large brands to engage, incentivize and build loyalty with retailers. Vinil has over 19 years of experience in technology and has co-founded two startups - ServiceNext and Meltag.

Vinil started their career at Tech Mahindra in 2001 as an Enterprise Systems Architect in the Financial Services vertical. Vinil later moved to the role of AVP, Engineering for the company's Enterprise Mobility Platform (iPath) in 2005. In 2009, they co-founded Navati, a software development consultancy firm. The following year, they joined eSeal - LIVE SUPPLY CHAIN as their CTO.

In 2014, Vinil co-founded Meltag with the vision of creating a cloud-based platform that would help brands better connect with retailers and consumers. Since then, Meltag has become the leading engagement and loyalty platform for brands like Coca-Cola, P&G, Unilever, British Petroleum, and more.

Vinil Vadi has a MS in Consumer Internet Commerce from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Vinil also has a BS in Computer Science from Osmania University. Vinil completed their High School Diploma in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from Chaitanya Kalasala, Hyd.
