Minna Marttinen

Minna Marttinen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Minna is currently working at Meltlake as the Business Applications Lead, where they oversee the team's strategy, projects, and marketing. Prior to this, they worked at Innofactor as a Senior Business Design Consultant, focusing on digitalizing business processes and ensuring excellent customer experience. Minna also held the position of Senior Digital Design Lead at Innofactor, where they designed outstanding digital customer experiences. Before joining Innofactor, Minna co-founded the advertising agency Family Inc. and worked there as an Account Director. Minna started their career as an Account Manager at DDB Helsinki. Minna also served as a Marketing Manager and Credit Controller at Radiolinja (Elisa).

Minna Marttinen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Economics from Helia in 1998. In 2009, they attended the Hanken School of Economics, where they obtained a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Marketing. Additionally, Minna Marttinen pursued further education in Interior Architecture and Design, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in 2014. Minna also participated in the INEX Summer University in Costa Rica in 2009, focusing on Education for Sustainable Development. Minna Marttinen has received several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki and Reaktor.
