Cheryl Pagano Coble

Cheryl Pagano Coble has several years of experience in the information technology field. Cheryl started their career as a Technical Support Representative at NTT Ltd. in 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Desktop Support Analyst. In 2019, they worked as an Information Technology Analyst and subsequently as a Desktop Support Technician. Their responsibilities included configuring and managing Active Directory, Resources, VMs, and DNS in both Azure and Windows Server environments, as well as implementing GPO policies. Cheryl successfully migrated Windows 2008 DNS to Azure DNS and provided daily support for multiple customer environments. Cheryl also worked on server builds, migrations, and deployments and collaborated closely with Project Managers to ensure project completion within given timelines. Additionally, they responded to and resolved production down escalations and emergency issues. Prior to their IT roles, Cheryl worked as a Retail Associate at Giant Eagle, Inc. from 2007 to 2013. In 2023, they will be working as a Microsoft System Engineer at Member Driven Technologies.

Cheryl Pagano Coble has a high school education from Cuyahoga Falls High School, completed in 2007. In 2013, they attended The University of Akron to study Computer Science. From 2014 to 2016, Cheryl pursued Network and System Administration/Administrator at Henry Ford College.
