Heather Bray

Heather Bray, CDMP, COCEM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member experience and consulting. Currently serving as Partner Success Manager at the Member Loyalty Group and as a Marketing Consultant at Heather Bray Consulting, Bray also owns Bray Investment Services since February 2024. Previous roles include various positions at the Credit Union of Southern California from 2016 to 2023, where responsibilities ranged from Member Experience Manager to Operations Analyst Supervisor. Additional experience includes banking and administrative roles at Citi, the Jesus Center, and Crossroad Church, among others. Heather Bray holds a Professional Certification in Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute, completed in 2021.
