Rebecca Secor has extensive experience in member loyalty and marketing, currently serving as Chief Experience Officer and Program Director at Member Loyalty Group since May 2008. In this role, Rebecca plays a key part in measuring and reporting Net Promoter Scores while developing industry standards for credit unions. Prior to this, from April 2002 to May 2008, Rebecca was the Marketing Manager at Educators Credit Union, where responsibilities included overseeing daily marketing operations and initiating Net Promoter research and member loyalty initiatives as Member Experience Auditor from 2005 to 2007. Rebecca Secor holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, completed in 2000.
