Alicia Gontarek

Alicia Gontarek has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Alicia started their career at Management Sciences Corporation as a College Intern in 2000. In 2001, they joined Lockheed Martin Co where they held various positions including Software Engineer and Project Engineer/Software Engineer Sr. In these roles, Alicia was responsible for managing development teams, project schedules, budgets, and development tasks. Alicia also played a key role in delivering a significant SharePoint application project. In 2016, Alicia moved to Member Solutions where they initially worked as a Senior Software Developer. Alicia later became a Team Lead and eventually assumed the role of Director of Research and Development in December 2020.

Alicia Gontarek attended DeSales University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Technology. Alicia then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Holy Family University between the years 2005 and 2008.
