Lisa W. has worked in the technology industry since 2001. Lisa began their career at Information Services Extended (ISx) as a Member Technical Staff. In 2005, they joined Local Matters Voice and Wireless Division, Inc. as a Build and Deployment Lead, where they managed the overall software development build process for Windows-based product builds, led the development for all aspects of installation, packaging and deployment of client software, and managed 25 customer-specific software configurations. In 2010, Lisa joined Soleo as an Agile Project Manager and Lead Scrum Master and Coach, where they were the Agile Process Lead, Sr. ScrumMaster, and coach of the Agile Scrum process. Lisa also led multiple teams in adopting Scrum principles of transparency, inspection and adaptation through facilitation and conflict resolution. In 2017, Lisa joined MemberSuite, Inc. as a Scrum Master/Coach.

Lisa W. completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. In 2015, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
