Nayla Ramadan has over 8 years of work experience. Nayla began their career in 2012 as a Technical and Administrative Assistant at JJA Consultants. In 2013, they became the Marketing Director at Avant-Garde Styles. In 2014, they moved to Le M\u00e9ridien Delfina Santa Monica, where they were the Catering + Convention Services Manager and Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In 2017, they took on the role of Catering Sales Manager at Westdrift Manhattan Beach (a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel). In 2019, they became a Senior Catering Sales Executive at Marriott Hotels. In 2020, they joined Cvent as an Account Executive - Hospitality Cloud and Account Manager. Finally, in 2022, they were an Enterprise Account Executive at Level Access and an Account Executive at MemberSuite, Inc.

Nayla Ramadan attended George Mason University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Advertising. Prior to this, they attended Westfield High School.
