Monica Jay

Monica Jay has an extensive background in social work with a focus on mental health and substance abuse. Currently serving as a Clinical Therapist at Community Health Services since 2015, Monica also holds the position of Bereavement Coordinator at Memorial Health Care System since May 2011. Prior to these roles, experience includes working as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Mercy St. Charles Hospital from 2003 to 2011 and serving as a Discharge Planner at Focus Healthcare in 2003-2004. Monica holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo.
