Evan Davis

Evan L. Davis is vice president of clinical operations at Memorial Health. He is responsible for executive and strategic leadership for cardiovascular and pulmonary, orthopedics and neurosciences, perioperative and emergency and trauma service lines.

He started his career in healthcare in 1997 as a physical therapist. He served as a clinical coordinator and manager of rehab services at Springfield Memorial Hospital before being named director of orthopedic services in 2008. He joined the executive leadership team in 2011 and previously served as the administrator of orthopedics and neurosciences.

Davis holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University, a master of science degree in physical therapy from Washington University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. He is a licensed physical therapist, a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
