Tami Ireland

Tami Ireland was promoted to the role of system administrator, Human Resources, in September 2021. In this role, she oversees Colleague Relations, Colleague Experience and Workforce Planning and Development for Memorial Health.

Ireland previously served as senior director of Human Resources at MH. Prior to joining Memorial, she was part of the team that launched the Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Healthcare Center. Ireland earned a master of arts degree in human service administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Illinois State University. She has maintained professional certification since 2008. She is a board member of Community Child Care Connections, United Way Basic Needs Vision Council and the financial secretary of First Presbyterian Church of Virden.
