Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith is an experienced professional in talent management and development, currently serving as Program Manager for Talent Management at Memorial Hermann Health System since November 2024. Prior to this role, Brittany worked at Ascend Performance Materials as Talent Development Program Manager from January 2022 to November 2024 and at Air Liquide as Talent Management Advisor and ALLEX (LDP) Talent Management from July 2018 to January 2022. Brittany also completed a Labor Relations Internship at Bell Flight in the summer of 2017. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
