Renee Blackwood is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Operations at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Renee partners with business leadership to define and implement talent initiatives that enhance employee experience and advance business objectives. Previous positions include Director of Talent Management at Success Academy Charter Schools, where leadership pipelines were strengthened, and Talent Management Lead at AIG, focusing on senior leadership development.
