Kelsey Jones, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and onboarding across various healthcare and operational settings. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at MemorialCare Saddleback Medical Center since December 2022, Kelsey previously held roles at Vision33, St Joseph Hospital, St. Joseph Health, Delaware North, and Pegula Ice Arena, accumulating valuable expertise in talent acquisition, HRIS management, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.
