Ashley Kwong

Ashley Kwong's work experience begins in 2000 when they worked as an Activity Aide at Yorkview Lifecare Centre LTC. Ashley'sresponsibilities included assisting in program planning and implementation at a Long Term Care Facility, as well as assisting in the accreditation of the activity department.

In 2001, they then became a Respite Worker at Durham Family Respite Services for a year.

Starting in 2004, Ashley joined Sunrise Senior Living, where they held various roles. Ashley first worked as a Reminiscence Care Manager, providing daily care to residents and assisting with recreational programs. Ashley then transitioned to the role of Medication Care Manager, administering medication and maintaining medical charting for over 40 residents. Following this, they became a Reminiscence Coordinator, managing a team of over 25 members, ensuring staffing and budgets were in line, and providing daily support to families of residents.

In 2009, they took on the role of Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living, where they held leadership responsibilities until 2012.

Most recently, Ashley founded Memory & Company in 2012 and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Memory & Company specializes in providing care and support to families living with memory loss through their Respite Hotels and Premium Day Programs.
