Arnetria Knowles

Arnetria Knowles begins her 17th season with the Memphis Grizzlies and fourth as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she oversees the human resources department which is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, performance management and training and development.

Prior to joining the Memphis Grizzlies, she worked for Family Dollar Stores as their DC Human Resources Manager in West Memphis, Arkansas. She has over 20 years of human resources experience and has worked in a variety of industries including retail, distribution and warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment.

In addition to her duties with the Grizzlies, she is also a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management and has a bachelor’s degree in human resources management. She is the proud mother of one daughter, Alexis, and resides in Collierville, Tennessee.
