Kate Dear

Kate Dear is currently the Vice President of Bespoke Packaging and Production at Memphis Record Pressing/GZNA. Prior to their current role, Kate was a Special Packaging Consultant at Rhino Entertainment, where Kate also served as the Vice President of Production and Creative Services. Kate has extensive experience in overseeing production processes and developing successful teams. Kate has a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Northridge in Radio, Television, Film with Speech Communications. Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated their expertise in managing international print and production supply chains, maintaining release schedules, and exceeding expectations for clients such as NBC, Target, Starbucks, and The Gap.
