Blake Wagerman is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager at Memphis Zoo since May 2023. Previously, Blake held the position of General Manager at The Bagel Memphis from February 2019 to September 2021, overseeing a deli that specialized in New York-style breakfast and lunch items. Prior to that role, Blake was the Catering and Deli Manager at Memphis Jewish Home and Rehabilitation from November 2016 to February 2019, responsible for managing catering services and deli operations.
