Nancy Pagel

Nancy Pagel currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness at Menasha Corporation and has held this position since January 2020. Prior to this, Nancy Pagel was with Oshkosh Corporation from February 2013, where roles included Sr. Director of Learning & Organizational Development and Sr. Director of Organizational Change Management, focusing on leading transformational change and enhancing organizational change capabilities. Before Oshkosh Corporation, Nancy Pagel was the Sr. Director of Order Management at Pierce Manufacturing from December 2007 to February 2013, where leadership of order management teams was key to achieving performance excellence. Nancy Pagel's career began at Schneider National, serving as a Business Process Architect from 1986 to 2007, contributing to the re-engineering of business processes. Nancy Pagel holds a degree in Business Management and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
