Senior Product Manager

About the Role:

As a Product Manager at Mendel, you'll be at the forefront of translating our business strategy into actionable product development efforts. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Product Management, you will utilize your technical prowess to drive software projects, working closely with UI/UX designers and conducting user research to ensure user-centric product development.

In this role, you'll be tasked with understanding our customers and the market, creating detailed roadmaps, and prioritizing tasks. Additionally, you will also be identifying and rectifying process gaps, communicating trade-offs internally, and working collaboratively across the organization.

You will:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers and market to guide product development.

• Create detailed roadmaps, prioritize rigorously, and communicate trade-offs internally.

• Drive software projects, ranging from high-risk to complex, from design to successful rollout.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers and conduct user research to ensure user-centric product development.

• Identify and fix process gaps around the execution, roll-out, and ongoing support of software projects.

• Build relationships with AI engineers, data scientists, and software engineers across the organization.

• Support and empower the Sales & Delivery teams, ensuring our applications and integrations consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Display strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, articulating our track record and success strategy.

You Have: 

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Experience in managing product development in SaaS software, data platforms, healthcare technology, or healthcare analytics companies.

• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.

• Experience in conducting user research and working closely with UI/UX designers.

• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.

Nice to Have: 

• Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

$110,000.00- $130,000.00
