Pia Pierre

Pia Pierre serves as the Talent and Development Manager at Menigo Foodservice AB since August 2018, focusing on talent management, culture and engagement, as well as learning and development. Responsibilities include overseeing leadership and competence supply strategically and operationally, identifying needs, and ensuring effective development initiatives. Prior to this role, Pia was a Business Developer in leadership and management supply at Försäkringskassan, and Project Lead for Leadership at ICA Gruppen, where contributions involved developing tools and processes for talent development. Additional experience includes roles in leadership development and organizational consultancy at various organizations, including Apoteket, INDEA AB, and SPP. Pia holds a certificate in Change Management from Prosci and a diploma as a Gestalt Consultant from the University of Derby.
