Farid Kamal Nordin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and customer success management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Menlo Security Inc. since June 2021, Farid previously held various leadership roles at ServiceSource (acquired by Concentrix) from August 2010 to December 2020, including Senior Manager of CyberSecurity, where Farid built and led a Cybersecurity Incident Response Team. Additional positions at ServiceSource included Systems Security Architect and Global Infrastructure Architect, contributing to critical security and infrastructure projects. Farid's earlier experience at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved managing service delivery teams and setting up a global technical helpdesk for Goldman Sachs. Farid began the career at StarHub as a Technical Analyst. Farid holds a Bachelor of Computer & Mathematical Sciences in IT Applications and Electronic Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
