Brittany Slothouber has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Brittany started their career in January 2013 as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator at MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates) and stayed in this role until January 2014. From January 2014 to July 2014, they worked as an Office Assistant/Payroll & Benefits Administrator at the same company. Brittany then became a Human Capital Coordinator from July 2014 to July 2016. From July 2016 to September 2020, Brittany served as a Human Capital Specialist, where they managed payroll and benefits for Canadian, American, Expatriate, and overseas staff and was responsible for the administration of all benefit enrollment and overseas allowances. In October 2020, they were promoted to the role of Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Alongside their tenure at MEDA, Brittany also worked as the General Manager at Hairworks (Baden) Inc. from 2004 to 2014 and as a Piano Teacher, being self-employed, from 2004 to 2011. Moreover, they worked as the Closing Manager at Dundee Country Club from 2005 to 2007.

Brittany Slothouber attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing. In 2008, they also attended the Don Quijote Language School for a period of intensive study in the Spanish language, earning a Certificate of Intensive Spanish.
