Melissa Young, CHRL

Melissa Young, CHRL has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa began their career at Stone Crock Bakery, where they worked as a Manager from 2006 to 2008. Melissa then joined Curtiss-Wright Corporation as a Human Resources Administrator from 2008 to 2009. Following that, Melissa worked at Ultra Manufacturing as a Human Resources Generalist from 2009 to 2010.

In 2010, Melissa joined MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates) and held various roles during their time there. Melissa started as a Human Capital Generalist from February 2010 to November 2015. Melissa then progressed to the position of Senior Manager, Human Capital from November 2015 to October 2020. Currently, Melissa serves as the Director of Global Talent Management and Engagement at MEDA from October 2020 to the present.
