Kari Cassidy has an extensive work experience in various human resources and managerial roles. Kari started their career as a Manager at Olive Garden in 1993 and then moved on to TGI Fridays as a Manager in 1997. In 1999, they joined Choice Hotels International as a Human Resources Administrator at Comfort Inn Sherwood Knoll and remained in that role until 2006. Kari then worked at Lancaster Arts Hotel as a Human Resources Administrator in 2006 and joined Lancaster Regional Medical Center in 2007 as a Site Human Resources Manager. Kari'smost recent position is as the Director of Human Resources & Risk Management at Mennonite Home Communities, where they lead a team in recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. Kari also takes charge of volunteer services and serves as the Risk Manager and HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Kari Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
